Alireza Mortezai is a literary fiction writer based out of NYC. He was born in Tehran, Iran, but grew up in Northern N.J. He believes that 'Our best reading experiences are not only fresh and IMAGINATIVE, but can offer interpretive layers to our common assumptions.'

He Received his M.a. in Modern European Studies at Columbia University and is presently completing a novel 'The Sell'. (You can find a link on the fiction page). He's also writing a collection of historical fiction short stories in Southern Dialect For all you Mark Twain fans out there.
